Fashion companies are built through thousands of decisions
Every season brings similar questions around collection development, product structure, trends and the right assortment mix.
We evaluate whether material costs support the desired margin, whether sourcing decisions make sense, and how to maintain quality without compromising profitability.
These decisions may appear separate, but they are deeply connected.
Today, brands face additional complexity through supply chain transparency and the Digital Product Passport (DPP). Integrated correctly, these elements become part of a stronger structure that allows a fashion brand to grow with clarity, consistency and control.
The 4 Pillars of Brand Architecture
Brand Architecture is not a logo, a visual identity or a marketing exercise. It is the structure behind how a fashion business makes decisions. How products relate to each other, collections evolve and creative direction connects with commercial goals.
When one pillar is weak, growth becomes difficult, expensive, or unsustainable.
Foundation to Align
Brand Strategy & Positioning
A foundational vision guides every decision as the brand evolves. This is the identity of your brand — who you are and what you stand for.
Without a strong foundation, decisions become reactive instead of strategic.
Collection to Inspire
Collection Development & Product Strategy
A brand’s identity comes to life through its collections — a tangible expression of its vision. It translates design into something clear and desirable.
Without alignment, creativity becomes fragmented instead of intentional.
Structure to Scale
Fashion Operations & Systems
This is how creative direction becomes collections that work in reality. Ensuring sustainability, cost awareness, and compliance with emerging regulations.
Without this pillar, even strong brands lose stability over time.
Story to Connect
Brand Experience & Customer Strategy
The last pillar shapes how your brand is told and experienced, turning value into a clear and compelling narrative across all touchpoints.
Without a strong story, even a great product fades into the market and remains unseen.
Who I work with
The challenge is rarely the size of the company — it is the structure behind it.
Whether you are building your first collection or leading an established fashion business, the challenge is rarely size.
What matters is whether your brand, product, operations and processes are working in the same direction. When they are not, complexity grows faster than the business itself. I work with founders, owners and leadership teams of fashion brands who have outgrown intuition and need a scalable system for growth.
Emerging Brands
You have a vision, an idea and the ambition.
I help you building the right foundations before complexity takes over.
Established Brands
What worked at the beginning no longer works at scale.
I help you to restructure, scale or regain clarity in collections and operations.
APPROACH
The Turning Point Method™
My methodology connects brand direction, collection development and operational structures into one coherent system, used to diagnose, align and strengthen all four pillars of your brand.
Six strategic layers — from brand direction and product creation to market connection and future readiness.
Each layer addresses a critical part of how a creative brand is built, developed, and experienced.
Through a structured consulting process, we examine your current situation, identify connections and gaps, and develop the right strategic direction together.
Brand Direction
& Governance
At the beginning, I will ask many questions and listen carefully. This module is the most conversational part of the process, focused on discussion, reflection, and exploring ideas, visions, and ambitions.
Together, we create a clear strategic foundation that guides all future decisions and ensures consistency as the brand evolves.
Design & Collection Development
A collection is more than individual pieces — it is a system of decisions, rhythm, and intention.
We look at how your ideas, aesthetics, collection logic, and product decisions connect. Together, we transform creative direction into a clearer system that supports both design quality and commercial relevance.
Product Development & Production
Even the strongest design loses its value without a solid technical and production foundation.
Together, we connect design development, materials, suppliers, and production processes to ensure that your products carry the quality, precision, and credibility your brand stands for.
Transparency & Digital Product Passport Readiness
The future of fashion and textile brands is becoming more transparent and responsible.
The Digital Product Passport (DPP) and supply chain transparency are becoming part of brand´s structure. These changes are not a threat, but an opportunity to communicate responsibility, and build deeper customer trust.
Brand Experience & Customer Strategy
A strong brand is created through products that become part of a person’s identity and the ongoing relationship they build with clothing, interiors, and objects in their life.
We connect your brand story, customer perception, and sales experience to create a more coherent and emotionally engaging brand presence.
Innovation, Technology & Future Design
Design is evolving beyond traditional aesthetics. New methodologies, technologies and creative approaches are changing how fashion brands develop products, use materials and create meaningful experiences. We explore emerging opportunities — from innovative design principles and new materials to digital tools and AI-supported workflows — translating them into practical approaches for the future of your brand.
Seeing beyond the collection
I began my career believing that strong design and beautiful collections were enough.
I have spent years inside the realities of fashion businesses — developing collections, reviewing samples, sourcing fabric suppliers, visiting production facilities all around the world, balancing between creative ambition and commercial reality.
Over time, I realised that many fashion businesses do not struggle because of a lack of creativity. They do when collections, teams and business decisions start moving in different directions. That experience taught me that most challenges rarely belong to one department.
A collection issue is often a strategy issue.
A quality issue is often a time schedulle issue.
A brand profitability issue often starts much earlier in the process.
Today, I help brands recognise the small gaps that quietly grow between the seams.

I have worked across every critical layer of a fashion business
The Turning Point Method was not created in a boardroom.
It emerged from years spent across the fashion industry—from design and product development to sourcing, production, brand building and business leadership.
Along the way, I observed the same pattern repeatedly: most brands focused on individual functions while the real challenges existed between them.
The timeline below shows the experiences, successes and setbacks that shaped the framework I use today.
15 years inside fashion
Every role between the sketch and the sale — designer, production, quality, buying, commercial director. Including international expansion to 56 stores and the bankruptcy that followed.
Freelance fashion consulting
Operational expertise became a service. Tech pack, design, development, collection management, sourcing and product systems for fashion brands. Founded Saphrani s.r.o to formalise consulting work and expand the offering - startup management, brand architecture, and strategic advisory.
Sustainability as a systems discipline
Not a trend — a core module. Supply chain transparency, responsible sourcing, and five years teaching sustainability in fashion at university level.
Turning Point Method™ — and 2.0
25+ years of pattern recognition formalised into a diagnostic framework. Updated 2026 with a DPP - digital product passport - and future-ready systems module — because what's coming requires brands to build differently.
Business Clarity Session (90 min)
A focused session to identify structural gaps and immediate strategic priorities.
Brand & Collection Diagnostic
Deep analysis of brand, collections and operational logic.
System Architecture Consulting
Ongoing support in restructuring and scaling fashion businesses.
